2. Neptune Shop – Has decent reviews on a lot of the forums but you can see for yourself on his digital store.

All of these take crypto so you wont be able to use your credit / debit card but they all let you buy a certain balance that I think caps out at $100. Yes its safe and you can just buy another one once your balance runs out. I have never done this but these are the top selling digital market places for this kind of scam.
