The Hunter Moore XXX website (“the Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all third parties to do the same. This DMCA Policy describes how to submit notices of claimed copyright infringement and how the Site responds, per 17 U.S.C. §512 (DMCA).
1. Where to send takedowns
The Site does not host any video files. All videos are displayed through embedded players provided and hosted by third-party platforms. If you own content appearing in a third-party embedded player, a takedown request sent directly to that platform will remove the video at the source — and it will disappear from the Site automatically.
We additionally accept DMCA notices for content indexed or displayed by the Site itself (titles, thumbnails and other metadata), and we will promptly remove or disable access to flagged material.
2. Filing a DMCA notice
Send written notice to the designated agent below. Per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The exact URL(s) on the Site you are asking us to remove or disable;
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

3. Counter-notification
If content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g). Valid counter-notices are processed per the statute.
4. Repeat infringers
The Site maintains a policy of terminating, at its discretion, the access of users and sources that are repeat infringers, and keeps records of takedown notices received.
